A Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist (C.A.S.), Holly received her degree from the California College of Ayurveda (CCA) in 2004. This California state approved school provides two years of in-depth training in Ayurveda. She is currently a member of NAMA, the National Ayurvedic Medical Association.
Holly is devoted to nutrition, health, fitness and the body-mind connection. Also a yoga instructor, Holly has been practicing yoga since 1985 and finds it an ideal complement to Ayurveda.She added Qi Gong to the mix in 2012, offering several classes a week to help participants and clients to reduce stress and increase energy. Her training as a massage therapist in 1992 and formal studies in nutrition also benefit her Ayurvedic clients. Most recently, Holly received certification as a Yoga Nidra coach, leading both individuals and groups in this very peaceful and insightful guided meditation practice.
She also holds a B.A. degree from the University of Hawaii.
