Qi Gong for Less Stress and More Energy! In Shell Beach and Oceano
The gentle movements of Qi Gong (pronounced “chi” gong) help to lower your stress, increase your flexibility and energy, and can even help with depression and joint pain.
Qi Gong, which means working with energy, is beneficial for everyone, from seniors to athletes. Accessible to all fitness levels, it combines gentle stretches, strengthening postures and flowing movements to help you to feel great both inside and out. Experience why millions of people worldwide practice these therapeutic movements!
Shell Beach Recreation Center
When: Wednesdays 4:00-5:00 p.m.; current
Where: Shell Beach Veteran’s Community Building; 230 Leeward St., Pismo Beach. On nice days we head down the street to the cliffs overlooking the ocean! (check in first at Vet’s building)
Cost: $10 drop in fee per class, ($59 for 7-week series starting 4/24)
Oceano Community Center
When: Tuesdays; 9-10 a.m.
Where: Oceano Community Center; 1425 19th St,Oceano
Cost: $10 drop in fee; no class April 16
